Booking Terms

House Rules:

• Check in: arranged with the property manger
• Check out: 12 pm
• No smoking in the house
• No pets
• No parties or events, unless approved by the property manager
• Out of season a minimum of 3 night stay
• Over peak season a minimum of 14 days
• All credit card holders must be over the age of 25 years old or older at check in .

The pool is not covered, Sundial Villa and Farn take no responsibility to any damages or harm that may occur to individuals. Individuals use it at their own risk.
